Our room was top-class and large with balcony and the staff were top-class, had free Wi-Fi. The location was simply wonderful and absolutely incredible yet it was right by downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot...

The location was stunning and lovely, near to center of Fira, with a breathtaking view. Welcoming service, although a few employees were not so nice.

The location was perfect and the services were friendly. The food was amazing and I liked yoghourt, fruit, and eggs. The staff was really helpful, excellent, nothing to complain about. The hotel met the criteria, I would stay here again.

Most of the staffs where top-class. The breakfast had something for everyone - muesli and eggs.

Great location with stunning views of the sea. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations and offering assistance whenever needed. The outdoor jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The apartment had some issues such as a small shower, cold water for a couple of days, and problems with the air conditioning. The cleanliness could have been better, as we had to remove hair from the bathroom ourselves.

The weather was wonderful, had comfortable stay for the price. The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist. The area was lovely, an incredible base for me.

I had an amazing time at Vallas. The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious food at Mumma Theira restaurant next door. I highly recommend Vallas Apartments for a wonderful trip.

No transfer and transfer cost 40 Euro, but with kitchen and extra backdoor with sun rise view in addition to front balcony to sunset view, but near to a famous church site for sunset and you won't stay in the room for sunset

I liked this low budget hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The location was unbeatable and simply wonderful, within a close distance from Fira. Moreover, it was not far from the bus station, many shops and restaurants around, and all around the island.

The room I got was silent and unique. The hotel took care of the friendly service. The free parking was nearby. The location was absolutely perfect and simply wonderful, next to Fira. And it was also right by the main tourist destination in Fira, and the town center.

We had a wonderful time during our Thanksgiving vacation! The stunning views of the sunset were an absolute highlight and we were able to enjoy them from our terrace every evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. We also loved the healthy breakfast with natural orange juice and yogurt or eggs. Personally, we appreciated having a clean and comfortable room to relax in after a day of exploring the area.

Although the location was amazing, we found the walk up to the hotel to be quite steep and challenging at times. Overall though, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful vacation spot.

The hotel is not worth the money. It is poorly decorated with old furniture (not antiques) and the service is terrible. To wait 30 min for coffee is just ridiculous. I felt cheated. Rude staff. No view from the rooms, it's a cluster of rooms all together and the view of the caldera and volcano is in front of the lobby. Instead of a room, you could be given an old house really far away from the entrance, so be careful. not recommended.

the views of the sunset are beautiful- however they are somewhat spoilt by the pwer lines hanging down the middle of your view over the volcano.

the breakfast- it was listed as buffet breakfast included however it was bread, jam and coffee with 1 boiled egg.
